Double room with bathroom and office space

We are looking for someone to rent a room, the room is a double room with its own bathroom which has both a bath and shower and has office space available to use. There is one parking spot on the drive and has an enclosed garden. The kitchen and living area will be shared. We will initially be living here with you until August and then we will not be in the house for over a year.
