2 Double Rooms available in terraced house

Hello, I am Tom and am currently in the final stages of renovating my new home. The house is a lovely, spacious 3 bed terraced house with high ceilings, double garage, a cellar for storage, a shared living room and a shared kitchen. There is one bathroom, installed only a few years ago. The house is 30 mins walk from Morley train station and is right next to the big ASDA. Council Tax Band C.

Please note that while in the pictures the rooms are not fully furbished, they will be once you move in. Each room will have a double bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk at a minimum. The kitchen may also look a little ropey (I assure you it is all fully functioning). Once all other final jobs are done in the house I will be putting a new kitchen in (I can show you the designs if you're interested!). During this period, I will of course be offering significantly reduced rent for the inconvenience.

The first room (£540) is a spacious double room on the first floor and will have a walk in wardrobe.

The second room (£520) is a cosy loft conversion. This is the room I have been living in while doing up the rest of the house (as you will see in the pictures) and while not as big as the other rooms, it is quite comfortable.

A bit about me: I am Tom, I am 26 and I am an Officer in the Royal Engineers within the British Army. As such, I am often away during weekdays and at times away for extended periods of time. I am into music, hiking and football - I'm also patrial to a spot of wine. I am a sociable person and as such am looking for sociable, young professionals as potential housemates. I studied languages (Spanish, French and recently Polish) so am open to any nationalities. LGBT friendly - as long as you're kind I'm happy!
