Double furnished room - women only. 4-6 month let

Double furnished room available for a short term tenancy between 4-6 months. Ideally looking for someone to move in between April and August but I can be somewhat flexible on this, message me and we can discuss :)
The room available is my own and I will be going travelling for a few months so looking for someone to take over my room for those months
Current there are two professional girls living here and it’s a lovely peaceful flat, we all get along, though the week it’s a very chill vibe whilst we’re all working and out doing other things like gym etc. We like to spend some time together when we get chance more so on weekends, either watching a film, cooking a meal or going to a bar. It would be nice for whoever will be staying here to fit this vibe but it’s not essential, no one will take offence if you prefer to keep to yourself :)
It’s a communal kitchen/lounge/diner and there is a large shared bathroom. There is one parking space included and plenty of unrestricted visitor parking. There is a shared garden for the flats
Located on Station Road in Morley so it’s very quick and easy if you’re commuting into Leeds city centre, less than 10 minutes on the train. It’s also only a few minutes walk to some nice bars and restaurants, and there is a Morrisons and Aldi within walking distance
