I’m Becky, an event manager, and I’m looking for someone to share my cosy and welcoming home in Morley as my housemate of 4 years moves on. Open to short term and longer term lets, happy to discuss possibilities.

The available room is a large, bright king-size bed attic room with skylights and plenty of built-in storage along both sides of the room. It comes fully furnished with a king-size bed, bedside tables, and generous cupboard space for both hanging and folded clothes. The room has a really peaceful feel and gets lots of natural light. It has its own staircase and landing so feels really private.

The house itself is clean, stylish and has recently had a brand new kitchen installed. With rooms across four floors, there is plenty of space to relax and make yourself at home. There’s also a comfortable living room and a spacious bathroom with both a bath and shower.

I’m quite sociable and would enjoy a housemate who is happy to chat, share dinner, watch TV together or even head out to the local. That said, I also appreciate my own space and respect other people’s too, so the house has a nice balance of social and quiet time.

The house is located just off Dartmouth park and has a long garden, perfect for, relaxing outside or having a BBQ in the summer.

Location wise it’s very convenient, just a 10 minute walk to Morley town centre with its growing number of bars, restaurants and local amenities. The house is also close to the M1 and M62, making commuting easy, and Leeds city centre is around a 15 minute drive. Morley train station is also nearby for quick connections, there is roadside parking avaialble.
