I am looking for one female to join my cosy, laid back and relaxed home in LS27. Great location for travel with easy access to M62, M1 and M621, ideal for Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield and beyond.
About the house:
All female household. I have two well behaved resident dogs who live here. I sometimes breed so there may be occasional puppies in the house, and I am in the process of setting up my own dog sitting business. So it is a doggy home, warm, friendly and relaxed. If you like a clean tidy cosy home with dogs around you, this is the place for you.

This is a small but bright and beautifully presented single room, perfect for a student or professional who wants a calm base.
