Double en-suite - bills inc - Friendly House

Hello everyone!

I have a room available in my shared house in Morley, Leeds. Looking to rent to a female due to having 3 ladies in the house already.

The house is a fully furnished & decorated 4 bed with 3 en suites and 1 large bathroom. All rooms are supplied with bed, wardrobe(s), bed side table as a minimum. The kitchen is fully stocked with all equipment you could need.

1x attic room with modern en-suite: £475.00 per month. Available from 10th March 2024 with a minimum 6 month contract. Female only please.

I currently have three female tenants who are young professionals, 22 - 28 years old. My current tenants are friends and I am keen to build a group of likeminded people and create a nice environment for everyone to live. The house is a smoke free environment, I would accept smokers however they MUST do this outside.

The house has a large kitchen with range cooker and full size fridge and freezer. It’s also got a good sized lounge with tv inc sky.

The price of the rent is inclusive of all bills, wifi and sky+ in the living room.

The house is right outside a bus stop that goes straight into Leeds city centre. Also Morley train station is 9 mins walking distance from the house and has regular direct trains into Leeds. So the house is perfect for those who work in Leeds.
