I've got a double room in Morley for rent. It's a new build apartment just minutes walk away from the city centre, and the large Morrisons.

The room comes with full use of the house bathroom, and the flat has a good sized kitchen, and a large lounge area. A parking space is also included.

Morley is a 10 minute drive from Leeds city centre, and very close to the motorway. The flat is also a few minutes walk from Morley train station, where direct trains run regularly to Leeds and Huddersfield.

I have two cats, so you would need to be comfortable with pets.

I'm looking for someone who is clean and tidy, respectful and not too crazy.
