LS27 postcode, double room with ensuite, parking.

I have a 4 bedroom house which I have owned for over 2 years available at the LS27 post code. I previously lived with a friend and a lodger I gained off this app.

There is one double bedroom with en-suite available for a minimum of 6 months (ideally long term).

The rooms would suit professionals (aged 21-45) who are sociable and speak English. Must be clean and tidy and respectful of others’ work schedules.

The home has a laundry utility room on the bottom floor, dining room, lounge and kitchen on the middle floor and a reasonably sized garden. The house is 1/2 a mile from a 24 hour ASDA with a McDonald’s, 5 min from White Rose shopping centre and showcase cinema/ikea. It’s great for commuting as its a mile from the M62 J28 and 5 miles from Leeds city centre.

There is a regular bus and train service into Leeds and plenty of parking to the front of the house.
