Sunny room in convenient location

BACK ON THE SITE

The room is south facing and quiet with a lovely view. It is clean, welcoming and warm. The bathroom and living zones are shared but I am used to sharing, so it is truly a shared space.

I tend to be away a bit so you will have the house to yourself some of the time.

I do have quiet, well behaved dog who will only take as much notice of you as you want. He likes animal friends so if you have a pet you are welcome, assuming it has good social habits.

If you like walking this is an ideal place. It is convent for the canal and river routes into Hebden Bridge as well as the station at Mytholmroyd . There is a sunny garden and parking.

We have good broadband and also good mobile signal. There is a sofa bed in the sitting room so guests are possible.

I shall be moving to a new home spring /early summer. So this home is a relative short term rental. However I shall be looking for a lodger to share there as well, so if we get on well, that is a possibility.
