I am looking to share my house with a professional looking for a place to call home.

The house is in Netherton, 5 minutes from J39 of the M1 and close to Wakefield, Ossett and Horbury. There are easy transport links into Wakefield, Leeds, Sheffield, Dewsbury and Huddersfield as well as being in the gorgeous West Yorkshire countryside.

The village has a couple of corner shops, a Post Office, a pub and is close to Horbury, Ossett and Wakefield with a good variety of pubs and restaurants.

The room is a good size and furnished with a bed, wardrobe, shelves and 2 storage units. There is also a TV point.

The main bathroom will be for your sole use with the exception of any visitors on a weekend.

The house has a galleried dining room overlooking the living room and has a dishwasher and tumble dryer too.

The rent covers all bills including wifi broadband with the exception of telephone calls.

Parking is available just outside the house in the cul-de-sac.

A little about me; I'm 30 and an accountant (not your stereotypical accountant I like to think!) I love getting out and about and exporing as well as cooking and enjoying a quiet drink.

I have rented rooms myself in the past and have had some great experiences and made some good friends.
