There is one small bay for off-street parking for one car. However parking is permitted on the street.

We are close to National Mining Museum and Yorkshire Sculpture Park.

Easy access to M1 38 and 39 and 40 (via Ossett)

Local amenities within walking distance and very quiet village pub less than 3 minutes away.

Village located in semi rural part of west Wakefield, offering access to Wakefield, Huddersfield, Flockton, Horbury and Ossett. On main bus route 217 for Leeds and 231 for Huddersfield/Wakefield.

TV, Washing/Dryer Machine, WiFi (shared ADSL2), Fridge/freezer, plates, pots & pans etc included.

The renting of both rooms will be considered.
