Cosy Double Bed Room in Friendly House

I’m relocating so am renting out my house! I already have two amazing house mates. A male and female and we all get on as a family. Most nights we like to watch TV together, maybe have a cheeky glass of wine and a general laugh. We also have a little cat!! We try to do social events together when we can and make the most of friendships we have made!

The room is cosy and currently has someone living in it so the TV and some of the furniture will be removed. You will be left with a bed that has storage underneath, a bed side table and a wardrobe. If you have any other reasonable requests for furniture we can discuss should you choose to take the room!
We all work 9-5 so would like someone that works a similar pattern and who would be respectful to other house members.
