Quiet village close to Leeds city centre

I am renting out a double room in my own home which is a 3 bed detached house with plenty of parking and front and back garden.

I am 3 miles out of Leeds City Centre in a quiet village location with good commuter links to the motorways within 5 minutes of M621/M62.

I am a professional and do work away usually 1 night a week and when I’m not out at work I’m at the farm. I also work as a hypnotherapist but do this out of the way in my office upstairs….so I don’t think it’s often you will really see me!
