Newly refurbished spacious furnished double room with wall mounted Smart TV, small desk, double bed with clean matress, comfy chair, walk in wardrobe.
The room comes with the luxury of its own separate bathroom with sink, toilet, bath and over the bath electric shower which has been very recently refurbished so like new.
There is a shared kitchen with all mod cons.
Superfast broadband is available and included.
I have one very friendly cat so you MUST be a cat lover.
I work shifts comprising of earlies and lates in a 6 on 3 off rota and tend to go to bed early for the early shifts which can fall on a weekend.
The garden has a large decked area with seating, a small patio area with seating. I love spending time out there chilling weather permitting! This is also a shared area.
Best way to get a feel for the house and room (and cat!) is to come take a look and we'll have a natter. I'm easy enough to get along with so get in touch but please take note, I'm not looking for a party animal. Those days are long gone for me and I prefer a quiet life.
