Why be a property guardian?

Our guardians get the opportunity to live in high quality buildings and places with large amounts of space at their disposal. Often unfurnished.

They get to experience many different locations which may otherwise be out of reach financially. Guardians do not have to pay any utility bills or council tax and can expect a licensing fee of 50 - £100 per week.

This is the only cost they have to pay for their accommodation and they are free of the stress of dealing with utility companies and councils.

We will require;

A photocopy or photo of passport
3 month bank statements proving income
Two references (employer & tenancy)
Proof of current address (letter addressed to you)
£300 damage security payment & the first months fee.
