Double Bedroom with own Bathroom

This is a bright, welcoming home, with a large, social kitchen, a cosy lounge, and a huge garden.

The room on offer is at the back of the house overlooking the gardens and lots of neighbouring trees. It has a double bed with memory foam topper, two fitted double wardrobes, a small bedside chest of drawers, and access to your own bathroom (mainly; it’s used by guests too). I’ve just given it a fresh lick of paint and left it fairly neutral so any new tenant can make it their own.

This is a friendly, relaxed home. I respect personal space and also like to share a movie, meal or tea together when the opportunity arises.

I'm a yoga-tantra facilitator, predominantly working with women. I've converted the garage into a mini studio and often have groups over to meditate, chat, and support one another.

Marley the dog also lives here - he's great for cuddles and tends to win the hearts of everyone who meets him.

Jade rents the front bedroom. She’s an entrepreneurial yoga teacher who works professionally in the city, is setting up her own business, and teaches yoga.

Gledhow Valley Woods is at one end of the road and there's a large 24hr Tescos at the other end - best of both worlds; nature and convenience!

Oakwood village, with its restaurants, cafes, bars, boutiques, and gym, is a five minute walk.

Roundhay Park is just little further beyond the village.

Chapel Allerton makes for a lovely walk to through the woods.

Plus the No.12 bus stop, a few minutes away, is a quick 12minute ride into Leeds city center.
