I’m Lucy, a mid-thirties teacher who lives in Leeds with my cat, Maggie.

I’m renting out my spare room which has a beautiful view of the back garden.

This is a 250 years old, former Manor House, one of the first in Oakwood. We’re less than 1km from Roundhay park and a 2 minute walk from the local shops. The bus into town takes 10ish minutes.

All bills are included, and we have a washing machine, dishwasher, fast broadband, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime and a cute cat.

Your room has a rail, a large wardrobe, shelves and storage under the bed.

I’m mid-thirties, I’m a high school teacher and I enjoy keeping fit, cooking and drinking wine whilst watching Grey’s Anatomy for the third time.

I’m looking for someone of a similar outlook, who lives a similar lifestyle and prefers a night in with wine and Grey’s Anatomy than a wild night out.
