Modern self-contained accommodation with en suite

This is a self-contained space with its own entrance, totally separate from the house. It is newly decorated and has a light modern feel. It is set in well maintained

It has an Ikea double bed and mattress with bedding to suit (*short stay only*) and a double metal framed sofa bed . The room furnishings consist of the bed, a chest of drawers, clothing rail with hangers, and a double sofa bed. There is a TV and a Bluetooth speaker . The room has central heating, which can be controlled using a tado room thermostat. There is BT fibre broadband a desk, chair with desk lamp and laptop stand (available on request) making it ideal for home working or studying.

There is no kitchen but there is a kitchenette, so food can be heated, with Crockery, cutlery, and glassware provided, There is a microwave and a fridge with a small ice box. There is also a kettle and toaster. With food deliveries, there is a separate bell.

The en suite has a shower toilet and basin. We provide shower gel, shampoo, and hand wash for short stays, as are hand towels and larger bath towels .
