A lovely, airy room is available to rent in a quiet, family house just steps from beautiful Roundhay Park and the vibrant Oakwood Parade, with its bars, restaurants, and shops.

You’ll have access to a shared kitchen and dining area, as well as a small outdoor yard—perfect for relaxing on sunny days.

The house is shared with me (the live-in owner). Occasionally, my two daughters stay over, but they are currently away at university. I also have a friendly whippet, who loves people and contributes to the calm and homely feel of the house.
