1 single room £325 the house is double glazed and has central heating, there is 1 wetroom and a shower room for lodgers, off road parking, all bills included, free WiFi, we do have dogs but they do not come in the main part of the house and are very quiet would like someone who is pet friendly, myself and my husband have a very busy life, so in an evening we like to relax and watch TV, we do like socialising with our lodgers, we all get on very well and enjoy each others company, we are all laid back and easy going and enjoy a good laugh, we are looking for someone who will treat our home with respect, please only full time working people, we are happy for short term let's as well as long term, all bills are included, to arrange a viewing please call or text me, look forward to meeting new people.
