The living room over looks the front garden with large trees and flowerbed boarders. The communal courtyard is great for BBQ's, sunbathing and picnics if Roundhay Park isn't suitable.

Super fast WiFi is included, and so are the bills. £150 deposit. No smoking in communal areas (eg kitchen, bathroom, etc).

The kitchen has a self cleaning convention oven perfect for roasts, baking and grilling. Lots of storage with white gloss easy to clean cabinet doors and drawers, with in-built handles. Also includes microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer.

The bathroom has with a large L shaped bath and shower. As well as vanity cabinet, and large mirror built into the tall radiator.

I have a cleaner twice a month come to clean the communal areas.

I'm Tom the live in landlord, I'm working as a Customer Service Advisor, and currently work from home. I enjoy cooking, Netflix and gaming on my PS5. Like to chat, and socialise. I work for a airline so if get on well then occasional discount package holiday might be available.

Previous tenant is having to move back to different city for employment, and I'm looking to have someone move in as soon as possible once they move.

Looking for someone with perminant residency in the UK or British national due to history of previous tenants having unexpected work terminations and/or issues with working visas.

No cooking of cured or smoked fish as smell carries throughout the shared rooms.
