2 x Rooms to Let in Modern 3 Bed End Terrace House

Hi,
I have two recently refurbished rooms to let in my comfortable 3 bed house. The house is located approximately 3 miles from Keighley and occupies a south facing site overlooking fields.
Room 1 (£350 per mth) is a double which as been recently decorated and new furniture added.
Room 2 (£300 per mth) is a single which as also been recently decorated and new furniture added.
The rent includes, all bills, free wi-fi, use of the shared rooms - bathroom, kitchen, lounge, garden, off-street parking.
I am looking for lodgers who are clean, tidy, quiet, polite and will treat me and my property with respect.
I try to do my bit for the environment by minimizing waste of utilities - gas, electricity, water and re-cycle as much as possible. I would expect you to do the same.
