Double Room with great commuter links available

Room available from 1 January but I can be flexible on move in dates for the right fit!

THE HOUSE:

An end-terrace new build approximately 5-10 minutes walk to the train station. There are direct links to both Leeds and York in under 20 minutes. If you drive, there's a designated parking space for you!

- Fully-furnished double room.
- Kitchen equipment can be provided if preferred.
- Council Tax Band C: all bills included in rent.

ABOUT ME:

I work full-time as a civil servant but study part-time for my masters' degree. I'm home 3-4 days per week and in the office on the other days. I do occasionally also have to travel for work.

After a day working and an evening studying, I'm wiped, so tend to spend an hour or two in the lounge watching TV. You would be more than welcome to join. I love baking when I have the time, and I'd also like to get back into going to the gym (encouragement appreciated).

ABOUT YOU:

I would prefer a female housemate due to the fact we will be sharing living spaces and bathrooms.

I'd like some who is clean, tidy and respectful of the space as I take pride in my house. Someone who doesn't mind the smell of paint is probably also ideal as I'm still in the slow process of decorating 😂

I'd like someone who's up for socialising as I don't want us to be strangers, but also someone who appreciates I do need my own space to re-charge, as I understand you also may need. Ideally, you'd work outside of the house on weekdays as due to the nature of my work, I cannot share my office space.

I'd also need someone who's fine with animals as I occasionally dogsit for my parents' / friends' dogs and would like to get my own little pup once exams are over!
