En-Suite Room 1.6 Miles From Leeds City Centre

Hi, close to town, young professional or PhD student preferred, all bills are included in this lovely ensuite room. The area is very close to leeds city centre (approx 1.6 miles). If you drive it has on street parking, very close to alot of main roads leading onto M1, A1, York road. One of the reasons I like living here is its so close to town and so easy to get out without the headache of loads of traffic. It has plenty of bus stops and also taxis are easily available.

The room has an ensuite, TV, kettle, toaster and fridge to make it feel like as much of your home as possible. There is plenty of space for clothes to hang or store in the draws. There is a desk if you need to do any work at all.

I am looking for a female who is relaxed, fun but not causing alot of noise after nights out etc. I tend to get on better with female lodgers rather than male, this is my reason for a female preference.

I will be going in and out of the house regularly as I'm self employed. I like to go out doing my sports and also enjoy a drink on a weekend. I'm pretty chilled out person, like to just leave people to their own devices but I do like to keep my place clean.
