Double room available in quiet area near the city

I have a double room available to rent in my 2 bed house with me and my cat.

I'll try and take some better photos but hopefully these give a good idea for now. The room is 3m x 3.6m, it has a double ottoman bed (which will have a mattress), a sturdy clothes rail and built in storage cupboard.

My house is very colourful and renovated mostly with natural materials, so it is a soft and healthy home. It is not minimalist but I like to keep it clean and tidy.

There is a big garden, which is a little wild at the moment. It's a beautiful secluded space if you enjoy some peace and quiet outside.

Locally, there is a climbing wall (last sun dance), a community cafe at the fire station and plenty of corner shops. Otherwise it's a pretty residential area.

There is plenty of on street parking and there may be space to park on the driveway in the future. The bus stop is 5 mins walk and 10-15 mins to town. Taxis are decent too.

I work from home as an architect. I like music, food, nature, reading, films ... there's a piano in the living room that you're welcome to use.

I'm looking for someone I get along with (preferably female or non binary...) whose reasonably clean and tidy and lives a chill kinda life. The room is available until the end of the year, possibly longer depending on circumstances. Shorter term is fine as well.
