Large double room to rent

I am looking for a housemate who is friendly, tidy and respectful of space. It would be nice to live with someone I get along with, I would be happy to spend some time together but I do enjoy time to myself. The house is still a work in progress, nothing major just little projects to make it prettier and more enjoyable. The only issues are a lack of parking directly outside the house, but there is plenty of space no more than 15 metres from the front door. Close to Ossett centre, close to bus routes and motorways, Tesco express is a two minute walk, the neighbourhood is lovely and the people are friendly.
