Large double room to rent

I am looking for a housemate who is friendly, tidy and respectful of space. It would be nice to live with someone I get along with, I would be happy to spend some time together but I do enjoy time to myself. I am respectful of privacy, considerate and do the majority of the cleaning for our shared spaces. There is plenty of parking space no more than 15 metres from the front door. Close to Ossett centre, close to bus routes and motorways, Tesco express is a two minute walk, the neighbourhood is lovely and the people are friendly.
