Large Room in Family Home - Great Location

I’m looking for someone to join my lovely family home. Our family consists of myself, my daughter (3 years old) and her two kitty cat sisters Belle and Missy.

I’m willing to be flexible and accommodating for the right person and want this to be your home just as much as it is ours.

The bed can be removed if needed and please note that whilst the ad states that smoking is allowed (I am a smoker myself!) it is allowed in the garden but not inside our home.

The house has three levels.

Ground floor:
- living room
- kitchen
- garden
- access to basement (tumble dryer)

First floor:
- large master bedroom
- small office/storage room
- bathroom

Top floor:
- my bedroom
- my daughters bedroom
