Hi there.

I'm a friendly, easy going professional male looking for a lodger. I have a terraced house in Otley. I have to let:

Bedroom available - (see photo) It is a good sized room with double or single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Built in double cupboard over the stairs, shelved storage, a central heating radiator and window to the rear elevation.

For any lodger that will not be staying at the house 7 days a week a cheaper price can be agreed.

The Living room is now differently decorated and has a large woodburning stove and a large TV. All other rooms remain the same as the pics. Viewings are available as soon as required. The property has wireless broad band access and the price is inclusive of ALL bills.

Granville Mount is very well placed only a short stroll from Otley town centre and its excellent aray of shopping outlets. The property is a 3 bedroom terraced house with a large living room, large dining kitchen and a very large bathroom. The property also has a basement and utility porch for storage. Outside there is a patio to the back of the house which is great for bbq’s, and out the front is a small yard. I have a very friendly cat called tinker too.

I ask that each months rent is paid in advance. Initially the bedrooms would be available for 3 months but if suitable on both sides then it will be available for longer.
