I have a double room available in a house on Hamilton Terrace(Ls21 1an) a quiet street close to Otley town centre, There is plenty of on street parking and the house is within 5 minute walk of the bus station where buses to Leeds Harrogate and Bradford run regularly. There is also a regular shuttle bus to the local railway station for trains to Leeds and Bradford.
The house is a stone built Victorian terrace that has been modernised to a good standard, it has hard wood double glazing, central heating, fitted carpets and real wood flooring.
There are good quality double beds and old solid wood furniture, In all the rooms.
There is a shared dining kitchen which is modern with good quality appliances including a new induction hob and oven
There is also a small utility room with a Yorkshire stone floor this houses the washing machine and fridges.
The bathroom is clean and bright and benefits from a bath aswell as a seperate shower.
The house has a cellar which is useful for storage, or could be used as workshop space. There are gardens to the front and rear. The rear garden is accessed via a cobbled back street which is big enough to allow private parking for the properties that look onto it.
