The bedroom on offer is a double room en-suite, it contains a double bed, large wardrobe with draws and a table. All bills included, plus WiFi.

The house has easy access to motorways (M62 and M1) and local transport (Woodlesford train station and buses) links into Leeds, Wakefield, Pontefract or Castleford. There are local shops/supermarkets, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance of the house. There is on street parking and a shed if you need to store a bike. There is also easy access to local leisure activities such as gyms, cinema, and parks.

Stewart and Nathaniel both work flexiable hours are often at home during the day working. They also have a dog called Watson, who is a medium sized pointer cross.

The room can also be rented in a Monday to Friday bases for £425.
