Potenial Double Room Avaliable close to station

I’m currently in the process of securing a house that’s due to be ready very shortly, however my intended housemate may now need to pull out unexpectedly due to a change in circumstances.

I’m therefore looking for someone reliable and easygoing who would be interested in taking the second room if it becomes available. The place is a really good find, a 3-bed semi detached with a large driveway and decent garden only half a mile from Woodlesford Station and 10-mins on the train into Leeds. I am more then happy to furnish the room or you can provide your own if needed, would be looking at about £850 pcm with unlimited bills, 1000mbs Wi-Fi, council tax and TV licence.

A bit about me – I’m a young professional working full-time in property/real estate, tidy, sociable, and respectful of people’s space. Ideally looking for someone similar who is easy to live with, like a few drinks out or a social night in (can’t go wrong with a cheese and wine night). I love cooking, reading and getting outdoors on a hike or two.
