The communal spaces are the same, very comfortable with all modern conveniences. The living room is the HUB of the house with plenty of room to eat, work and watch a movie if you decide to join the rest of the housemates.

Currently the house is occupied by 3 other male tenants.

The communal areas of the property and your en-suite shower room are cleaned once a month.
