* How Does the shared kitchen work and who is responsible for it?

The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, and plenty of cupboard and storage space. There is a washing machine and we also provide a vacuum cleaner and iron with ironing board.

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to move in and live, so we also provide pots, pans and cooking utensils and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house.

Although we also provide a regular cleaner for all communal areas we do expect all tenants to keep on top of the cleaning and to tidy things up after they use them. Tenants will be expected to keep on top of the rubbish and recycling and use the correct bins.

* Is there a deposit to pay?

For all our shared houses we take a £350 deposit and as long as the room is returned fine upon moving out of the property this will be returned. We do also offer a NO DEPOSIT option on some properties and rooms, please ask about this if you would like to know more.
