Single, small room on quiet road by countryside

I have a house and all the kids have gone, consequently have spare rooms. Shared kitchen and bathroom, lovely, quiet, place to live, the kicker being the back garden which opens up to fields and the countryside. The street is very quiet in terms of traffic (there is nowhere to go apart from the street itself), and neighbours. The nearest shops and take aways are 5 minutes walk, the bus stops likewise, and the train stations are two km.

I am retired and like quizzes!

This would be an ideal let for somebody coming to work in West Yorkshire for a few weeks or months. I do have a car, so if you don't I would consider taxiing. I am open to reasonable asks.

I won't fine you for putting blu-tac on the walls, or anything like that. I am renting because I could use the money and like having guests/lodgers.

I have had loads of happy lodgers in the past.

Regarding furnishing, you can have as much or as little as you like. You have here a desk, wardrobe, kettle and bed with USB pugs. I want you to happy.
