The Property:
The room has a comfortable bed with a hig quality mattress, large fitted wardrobe, Wifi, TV point, lots of plug sockets, really nice lighting and modern interior design.

There is a spacious communal lounge with TV and Netflix. A decent sized kitchen, plenty of storage.

The best thing about this house is, its only a 4-bedroom, so it still feels like a normal house and you don't have to share with too many people.

Quiet street, parking is usually available outside or near enough that you won't get wet on a rainy day. Asda is a couple of minutes walk away, town centre is 10 minutes walk away. There are currently 3 other professional male occupants in the property, 2 of whom are away most weekends, meaning the house is quiet most of the time.

I am a hands-on landlord, I clean the communal areas once a month and pro-actively maintain the house.

I am flexible when it comes to viewings.
