Double room in modern estate, brilliant location

I am looking for a house share in a three bedroom modern townhouse opposite Pontefract racecourse. Must love/like cats as the third bedroom is their playground as they are house cats. Open kitchen lounge are with patio windows to back garden. I smoke but outdoors. Main bathroom is shared but there is a downstairs toilet too. Cleaner comes once a fortnight. Bedroom on offer is a good size and has a double bed etc.
