1 small double room to rent £100 p/w inc bills

Small double bed, single wardrobe, set of drawers. Clean and tidy and quiet house. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room with me, the land lady. Garden and patio. Driveway parking available. I am a shift working (mainly lates and nights) and 12 hour shifts so nice quiet, clean and tidy household, no parties etc. smokers must smoke outside in the garden and put cigarette ends in the bin. I do not smoke. I exercise a lot, and I am currently studying a postgrad dip while working full time so peace and quiet is essential. I have a very small dog who is very friendly and called Betty. May consider someone who has another small dog, but not a large dog as the house isn’t big enough as my partner sometimes stays and has a medium size dog also. Location very well placed to get to Pontefract town centre and to M62/A1M access.
