Room available in Pontefract

Looking for a fun housemate to share my first home with.
The rent is pretty cheap for how big the house is..
I have had to spend a lot of money renovating it.
All I ask is a bit of respect & treat the home like it was your own.
pets welcome, im a vet nurse and love animals... obviously as long as they are well behaved & get along with my Chihuahua.
Im not asking any deposit as the room needs a carpet. Tenant would have to do this.
Small contribution towards bills expected.. in return for a fun housemate.. parties now & again.
I do work long hiurs and spend my spare time doing activities or at my other half's place. So I would indeed respect your privacy.
I have a spare tv & kitchen appliances etc for us..
Need someone trustworthy, hopefully we can take it in turns to cook & shop too.. :)
