Room available in Modern 3 Bed House

Room is not en-suite but is next to bathroom.
Access to all rooms in the house, and can also provide meals if needed (at small additional cost) all bills included.
I am looking for someone who will have a conversation and not a hermit in their room There is also a boxroom, so if potential sharer has a child this would not be too much of an issue for the room to be used occaisionaly by a child
