Double w ensuite Potternewton Park

Hello!

I'm Lucia and I'm looking to rent out my room. I have moved south and need a new housemate for my lovely tenant.

Not only would you have Sophie to live with but you will have the whole of the top floor to yourself. There is a bright and airy bedroom with comfortable double bed and space for storage underneath, a chest of drawers, shelving unit, chair and mirror. A dressing room with a hanging rail and an en-suite shower room with a spacious double headed rainfall/handheld shower. Basin with storage below and a loo. There are two velux windows with black out blinds and a dormer with a rattan style roller blind. The room is really cosy in the winter and beautifully airy in the summer.

There is a good sized kitchen/diner and living room. It's in a really peaceful setting. There's a small yard at the back but there's more than enough space at Potternewton park which is gorgeous and practically next door. The kitchen has lots of cupboards and there's extra storage in the basement too.

I bought the house nearly four years ago and I'm looking for someone who is considerate and fun to be around for my current housemate, not just someone to occupy a room! This is my first home and I'm excited to find someone awesome to replace me.

Sophie works as a speech therapist in the local hospitals, so works very regular shifts.
The house is an easy walk to both Jimmy’s and the LGI.

In summary, I'm looking for a friendly, sociable housemate to share my home. Reasonable cleanliness and consideration preferred. Happy to consider professional guys and girls. Bills included. No time wasters please.
