The current house mates are Ellie, Alice and Justina, (aged 24 -31). All three are working professionals, who often socialise and cook together - they've even recently built a pizza oven in the back garden!

All bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, one or more mirrored double wardrobes, one or more chests of drawers, one or more bedside tables, a desk and chair, and a notice board.

Ground floor includes:
- A large living room with two comfortable sofas, an armchair, smart TV and Virgin Media.
- A dining room including a sofa bed and second TV.
- A kitchen complete with utensils, plates, pots and pans, mugs etc and plenty of food storage. It also has access to a backyard that’s often used for bbqs.

First floor includes:
- Bedroom 1 and bedroom 2.
- A spacious main bathroom, featuring a truly incredible power shower as well as a large bath.

Second floor includes:
- Bedroom 3 and bedroom 4
- A shower room.

The house has been refurbished to an excellent standard and is fitted with several safety features, such as a hard-wired fire alarm, emergency lighting and heavy duty fire doors, which provide great sound proofing.

The house is located 1.3 miles from the city centre (approximately a 30-minute walk). It’s also about a 20-minute walk from the bars and restaurants in Chapel Allerton – a taxi is about £3. The house is a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, with buses into town every 10 minutes or less.

The street itself has only 8 houses so is usually quiet; about 50 metres across the way is a convenience shop and an amazing Caribbean takeaway.
