Room to rent (house share)

Hi single room in a fully furnished 3 bed house in pudsey, price includes bills, house would be yours most nights past 7:00 pm and every other Saturday to Monday ! my children stay on a Friday night so ideally other arrangements would be made (not a deal breaker though) and a few Saturdays too, very close to pudsey centre and convenient for all bus routes, based close to the bi-pass for convenience heading to Leeds or Bradford
