Room to rent

Hello All

I am looking to rent my small double room out. It has a double bed in there and you would also have full use of the house. I am a professional single male who works partly at home and part of the week in the office i like to be social but also like my own space so I appreciate others may be the same.

The room is inclusive of all bills and the house is located in a nice and quiet part of Pudsey.

The pudsey town centre is a ten min ealk
Away and there are great transport links into Leeds

Both Bramley and New Pudsey Stations arr a mile away. With local bus stops 3 mins walk away.

I like to have fun but wouldn’t want to live with someone who lives a party lifestyle
