In search of a house mate for a newly refurbished double bedroom in Pudsey with free on street parking available. The room is furnished with a double bed, dressing table with draws and a new wardrobe. With a large amount of underbed storage, built especially to fit the room.

Must like dogs as the female owner has a pug called Frankie.

This room will suit a variety of people with easy access into both Leeds and Bradford city centres with New Pudsey train station and Bramley train station nearby. Walking distance to Pudsey high street with bus station bars, restaurants and cafes. Nearest supermarkets are Asda and M&S at the Owlcotes centre and sainsburys in town.

Looking for a housemate who is happy to occasionally socialise but equally happy to do their own thing.

Will be looking for proof of ID, proof of earning and references. All bills included in the price, including super fast Wi-Fi.

The house is bright, airy and very spacious, with a female owner would suit professional or student.

There is one bathroom in the house with a bath and a shower.
