Hello! I am looking for a professional female to rent my spare bedroom in my home in Pudsey.
I live in the house as well so we would share the kitchen and living room, however you would have use of the guest bathroom, which is just down the hall from the bedroom, and I have my own bathroom.
The house was built in circa 1880 and is unique in that it is the back half of two terraces. It has had a full renovation, including the extension, which isn’t quite finished yet but will be by 01/04/25. The guest bathroom and boot room are in the extension.
The guest bathroom will have a toilet, basin, freestanding clawfoot bath and a separate shower. The boot room will have a small guest loo and storage for shoes and coats, plus seating. It gets lots of light as the house is South Facing.
The house is in a lovely area of Pudsey, just down the road from Fulneck and about a 15 minute walk away from the town centre and a 10 minute drive (or 45 minute walk) to New Pudsey train station. It’s also not far from woodlands and farmlands, which are great for walking and running.
I’m looking for someone who is very tidy and clean and has similar interests to me. Also, ideally, someone who is not a fully remote worker.
