Hello! I am looking for a professional to rent a large spare bedroom in my newly renovated flat in Pudsey.

All bills are included which includes Council tax, Gas, Electric, Water, Broadband, Tv License.

The room is equipped with a king sized bed, mattress, desk, desk chair, shoe rack, wardrobe, clothes rail, chest of drawers and bedside table.

The flat is in a lovely area of Pudsey, just down the road from Fulneck. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the town centre and New Pudsey train station is a 7 minute drive or 45 minute walk away. The flat is easily commutable to Leeds city centre but is also not far from woodlands and farmlands, which are great for walking and running. There is a bus stop 1 minute walk away. 

I am a healthcare worker who has irregular shift patterns so this would be ideal for someone with a similar shift schedule but is not essential. I’m looking for someone who is very tidy and clean and has similar interests to me. Also, ideally, someone who is not a fully remote worker.
