Female professional required to rent room

I have recently bought an apartment in Pudsey and would like a professional female to share with me. The room I have to rent is a small single room with a bed included, a bedside table with drawers and a built in wardrobe. I have an ensuite also so the main bathroom will solely be yours. The 200 pm will also include all bills and internet.
The flat is close to Pudsey town street but also 5mins from Pudsey train station and 2mins from a bus route that goes directly to Leeds city centre.
