Lovely double room close to Leeds and Bradford

Lovely double room in a modern house. I’m an owner-occupier, single woman and the house is located in north west Leeds (Pudsey).

The room is furnished with a kingsize bed, wardrobe, bedside drawers. The room is on the ground floor and looks out over the garden. There is a shower room which has a sink, toilet and excellent shower with a double cubical. The shower room is used as a guest WC but otherwise you would have the sole use of it. The utility room is also on the ground floor and has a small fridge, microwave and kettle for your sole use.

This is a modern house, on the first floor is a large kitchen/diner with a balcony which overlooks the lovely garden which you will also have access to. On street parking is available.

My home is close to Leeds and a 20-minute walk (5-minute drive) from Pudsey train station and 10-minute walk to Pudsey Bus Station. Both stations provide regular services to Leeds and Bradford. Pudsey is only a 5 – 10 minutes' walk with lots of shops and places to eat and drink in the evening. There is a gym and cinema only a few minutes' drive away.

I will consider short term lets, Mon - Fri for £100 a week, or a minimum of 2 nights a week for £200 a month.

This would suit a professional person looking for a friendly and quiet place to stay.
