The property is 5 mins walk from pudsey centre and approx 15 minute drive from leeds centre. the house has 3 bedrooms, off road parking.(alarmed and secure)storage available , large kitchen with tv and lounge area with sky tv, the house does have a large games room/lounge with 3D tv . There is a shared bathroom with a spa bath,(with tv) stand alone shower (steam shower)too, there is also another separate toilet.
There is a conservatory leading onto roof terrace (south facing and gets sun all day)views over the valley .

The house is shared with myself during the week , I have two children son 11 and daughter 16 who sometimes stay one night at weekend ,my girlfriend lives near Buxton but stays at the weekend.
