For the drivers there is quiet parking on the side street and for those more eco friendly a bus route into Leeds is situated just a few minutes walk away.

Anyone who has lived in shared houses before will really appreciate that the house also benefits from a weekly cleaner. Having said that, keeping the house tidy still comes down to our individual tenants, so we are looking for a clean and tidy tenant.
